FeeBook

Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Chaitanya Assudani, who runs FeeBook from Bengaluru, Karnataka ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

What FeeBook is

FeeBook helps tuition teachers keep track of fees, prepare WhatsApp reminders and receipts, and share a UPI payment link with parents. FeeBook is a record-keeping tool. It does not collect, hold or transfer fee money between parents and tutors: parents pay you directly through their own UPI app.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older and give accurate details.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • If you forget your password, contact us and we will help you regain access after confirming it is you.

Free trial and subscription

  • New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment details are needed to start.
  • After the trial, FeeBook costs ₹199 per month, paid by UPI. Your paid month starts when we verify your payment.
  • Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You pay again each month only if you want to continue.
  • If you don't renew, your account becomes read-only: you can still see all your data, but can't add or change anything until you pay again.
  • We may change the price in future. Any change applies from your next payment, and we will tell you first.

Refunds

  • You can try FeeBook free for 7 days before paying, so payments are generally non-refundable.
  • If you were charged by mistake, paid twice, or paid but couldn't use FeeBook because of a problem on our side, contact us within 7 days and we will refund you to the same UPI account.
  • If we reject a payment we couldn't verify, and you did pay, contact us with proof and we will sort it out.

Fair use

You agree not to:

  • add information about people you don't actually teach, or use parents' numbers for anything other than tuition;
  • send harassing, misleading or abusive messages through reminders;
  • try to access other users' data, get around the subscription, or interfere with the app's security;
  • submit fake payment proof.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your data

The information you add belongs to you. You can ask for a copy or ask us to delete it at any time, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep FeeBook accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and fee amounts, reminders and receipts are only as accurate as the information you enter. Please check important figures before relying on them.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost income, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Closing your account

You can stop using FeeBook at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close FeeBook or an account with reasonable notice, and if we close the service we will give you a way to download your data first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use FeeBook after that means you accept the updated terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first, though; most problems can be fixed with a conversation.
